Haben für unsere neue Wohnung kurzfristig ein Parkett-Schleifgerät für einen sehr fairen Preis für das Wochenende ausgeliehen. Die Beratung war freundlich und das Gerät hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

My order included approx. 140 m² of parquet sanding, refurbishment and sealing, approx. 5 m² of new installation as well as the delivery and installation of all associated skirting boards. The order was executed to my complete satisfaction in terms of planning, technical aspects, deadlines and price. The work was carried out by a consistently professional and dedicated team. Conclusion: highly recommended

We planned to independently renovate 3x20m2 of real wood parquet (sanding and resealing) without prior experience. We were therefore looking for expert advice on both the process and suitable products.

At Kaditzianer in Dresden, specifically Mr. Kovacs, we received excellent help. Without his professional expertise, the precise description of the work process, the collaborative development of the concept, the selection of suitable products, and the practical tips for implementation, it probably wouldn't have been possible for us at all. A big thank you for that 🙂

We received very friendly and competent advice, the organization of the weekend rental of the sanding machines was uncomplicated, and everything worked perfectly – when the next floorboards are worn out, we'll gladly come back! :)

Had our parquet flooring sanded and sealed. We are super happy with the result and with the craftsman who was with us. Best regards to Sergej 🙂

Excellent advice, huge selection of parquet, solid and multi-layered, including installation. I was very satisfied.

I had Kaditzianer install and oil oak floorboards, as well as attach matching baseboards – and I'm truly satisfied all around. The consultation was competent and honest; they took their time to understand my wishes precisely. Communication was also excellent – friendly, reliable, and always available for questions.

The result is absolutely impressive: clean work, a beautiful finish, and a harmonious overall look. The price-performance ratio is excellent, especially compared to other quotes I received. I can definitely recommend them!

Very friendly atmosphere, friendly and competent staff. We felt well advised.

Last year, we commissioned Kaditzianer to install several plank and parquet floors in our building. Initially, our decision was difficult because underfloor heating and screed accelerators limited the selection of planks or flooring. Thanks to what we considered to be very comprehensive and excellent advice, we were able to make the appropriate selection. After approval, the work was carried out according to schedule and to the full agreed extent, so we are happy to recommend Kaditzianer. We are very pleased with these very successful floors.

We sanded our parquet flooring ourselves, and with the machines and accurate instructions, it worked perfectly and the result looks great. Thanks!
