Two-component polyurethane-based premium-class water-based sealer with excellent resistance and universal applicability.

Including hardener, it contains no hazard symbols, no isocyanates, no aziridines, no H or P statements, and releases no CO² gases during reaction. The product is completely free of labeling.

Extremely long pot life of at least 12 hours. Achieves top values in chemical tests and meets the requirements of slip resistance class R9.

Mix in a 10:1 ratio shortly before use. Mix well immediately after adding the hardener and let it rest for 10 minutes. The mixture can be processed for approximately 12 hours (pot life). The material is applied generously in 3 coats by roller or brush. To avoid excessive swelling pressure, we recommend only one roller application of water-based varnish per day. The varnish itself is generally sandable and carefully walkable after 3-4 hours. The optimum conditions for drying are 23°C and 50% relative humidity. If the actual conditions deviate too much from the optimum, drying can be significantly delayed. Under standard conditions, it can be loaded after 48 hours; do not lay carpets or perform maintenance for 8 - 14 days.

Consumption: 1 roller/brush coat: approx. 10 m²/l (depending on the substrate and working method)

In contrast to conventional, solvent-based sealers, Aqua-Seal should be applied in generous coats. The material should not be rolled out thinly.
