Berger-Seidle Aqua-Seal SmartHome – Parquet Lacquer for Living Areas

Aqua-Seal SmartHome is a one-component, quick-drying parquet seal for parquet and wooden floors in normal to medium-traffic residential areas. The water-based sealant provides a durable and easy-to-maintain surface with a natural look.

The lacquer is easy to roll or trowel and impresses with good flow properties and short drying times - ideal for renovation and new construction.

Application

Aqua-Seal SmartHome is applied undiluted:

• 3 roller coats
  or
• 1 roller coat + 2 trowel coats + 1–2 roller coats

Suitable primers:

• Aqua-Seal Uni-Spachtel
• Aqua-Seal FlexPrimer
• Aqua-Seal ExoBloc

Drying

• carefully walkable after approx. 3–4 hours
• fully loadable after approx. 8–10 days

Drying time depends on temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
