NATURAL DECKING OIL

Solvent-free, sustainably produced decking oil.

Protection and care for wooden decks and garden furniture. Natural decking oil protects the wooden surface from moisture and dirt. Suitable for native wood types, pressure-treated wood, thermowood, and many noble woods. Colored decking oil protects your wood against graying caused by UV light. Refresh horizontal, weather-exposed surfaces once a year.

Natural decking oil penetrates deep into the wood, keeping it elastic and fresh. Due to the open-pored coating, the wood can breathe, and the penetration of moisture and the swelling or shrinking of wood are reduced. For refreshing, simply apply a thin coat.

The wood must be clean and dry. Clean old coatings or lightly sand them. For dark woods, noble woods, resinous and pigmented woods outdoors, allow them to weather for at least 4-8 weeks and be rained on at least once before the first treatment. For pressure-treated wood, allow at least 3 months.

Stir the oil well before use. Natural decking oils are ready-to-use and should be applied undiluted. If possible, paint new wood outdoors on all sides. Apply in the direction of the grain (with a brush, sponge, foam roller, or spray gun) and spread well. After approx. 20-30 minutes, re-coat the surface with a dry brush. Allow to dry thoroughly for 1 week in a well-ventilated area, then apply the second coat.

Consumption: 12 - 15 m²/liter

Ensure good room ventilation in the first few weeks and only dry clean the surface. For ongoing care, we recommend Natural Special Cleaner. Microfiber cloths must not be used for cleaning under any circumstances.
